DELIVERY

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Deliveries are made to the address specified on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographical area. Please ensure that all information provided during your order is accurate.


TRANSPORT AND RISKS

The goods are transported at the seller's risk until they reach the delivery address specified by the buyer. Once the goods are delivered, the buyer assumes full responsibility.


DELIVERY TIMES

Our delivery times are provided for information purposes only. If these times exceed thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be terminated, and you will be fully refunded. Below are the estimated delivery times for each destination:

TNT Standard:

  1. Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: Day +1.

  2. France, Germany, Austria, Denmark: Day +2.

  3. Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Great Britain: Day +5.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the total weight of your order.

TNT Standard:

  1. Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany:

    • Free delivery for orders of €120 or more.

    • For orders under €120, shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart.

  2. Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Denmark, Great Britain:

    • Free delivery for orders of €200 or more.

    • For orders under €200, shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart.

Important Note: Customs fees are not included. In many cases, taxes are required upon import. These taxes depend on local regulations and the type of goods.


RETURNS

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. This notice will contain a phone number that you can use to arrange a new delivery attempt.
